Next week we will be collecting bags of dog & cat food for Petfood Xpress, a program of the SPCA and Meals on Wheels, to help care for the pets of homebound seniors in Orange County.

Beginning Sunday, September 5, a 4-week study "Portraits of Jesus" led by Kristen Steiffel in Room 8, upstairs, Smith Hall, 9:30-10:30 a.m. All are invited.

The HOSPITALITY TABLE has been moved to Conway Hall following the 10:45 service. Everyone is invited to share a time of refreshment and fellowship.

KITCHEN SHOWER!! Ladies, please mark your calendars for October 2^nd at Noon! We will have more information for you as we draw closer to the day.

SMALL BLESSINGS COFFEE TIME: We are looking for a few volunteers to help serve coffee to the parents of the Small Blessings children. Every Wednesday morning, from 7-9 a.m at the front door of Small Blessings, we plan to have our coffee cart with fresh coffee and fellowship, available to the parents of the children and any GCPC folks who come by at that early hour. If you can spare a morning once a month or occasionally, please contact Bruce Johnson for details. We provide "hospitality without expectation."

We will receive new members next Sunday, September 12^th. If you would like to unite with our church family please check the box on the Friendship Pad or speak with one of the pastors after the service.
